Snags and Stingrays

Hi, Greta here!

Today we went to Centennial Park for ’snags on the barbie.’  (That means sausages on the b-b-q.)  They have barbeques with gas in the park so you can grill your own sausages there.

This morning we went to Sydney Aquarium and you would never believe what types of exhibits they have there! You can go underneath the water in a glass tunnel. When we were down there we saw sharks and seals and a GIANT stingray!! We also saw a thing called a sharkray.  If you have seen my fishtank some of the exhibits are 500 times as big.

What kinds of sharks did you see in the glass tunnel? Tiger Sharks, Great Whites?

    Dear Jonas,
I really miss you! Today I went to the mine.
My class went on the same bus as Ms.Owen’s
class. I got to see what the jobs were inside
the mine. I got to keep seven rocks. My
favorite rock was the one that glowed! I
can’t wait until you come back.
